These terms are an agreement between you (the parent or legal guardian) and ZenHue Learning ("we," "us") for your use of ZenHue AI Tutor. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. Contact: dmpadavic@gmail.com.
1. Who may use the app
- Accounts may only be created by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old.
- Child profiles may only be created by the parent, and only for the parent's own children or children in their legal care.
- You are responsible for keeping your password private and for everything done under your account.
2. The service
ZenHue AI Tutor provides adaptive practice drills, educational games, video lessons, and progress tracking for homeschooled children. The free plan includes core Math and Reading drills for one child. Premium ($9/month or $79/year) unlocks all subjects (Science, Spanish, Social Studies, Art, Bible), chores and rewards, premium reports, and repeat diagnostic assessments.
3. Educational disclaimer
ZenHue AI Tutor is a practice and enrichment tool. It is not an accredited school, a standardized assessment, or a predictor of state test results (such as Florida STAR or NWEA MAP scores). Grade-level labels are approximate guides for practice, not official placements. Always use your own judgment — and your child's actual school records — for educational decisions.
4. Subscriptions and billing
- Premium is billed in advance: $9 each month or $79 each year, through our payment processor (Square).
- Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your parent dashboard — you keep Premium until the end of the current billing period.
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice; the new price applies from your next renewal.
- Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy (30-day money-back guarantee).
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: share your account outside your household; attempt to access other families' data; reverse-engineer or disrupt the service; upload harmful content; or use the app for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Intellectual property
The app, its lessons, and its original artwork (including the ZenHue mascot family) belong to ZenHue Learning. Your subscription gives your family a personal, non-transferable license to use them — not ownership. Printable packs you purchase are licensed for your household's use.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, ZenHue Learning is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We provide the service "as is" and cannot guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice by email or in-app notice. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts for violations of these terms, with a pro-rated refund of any prepaid Premium period.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
