If ZenHue AI Tutor Premium isn't a fit for your family, email dmpadavic@gmail.com within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund you in full — no questions, no hard feelings.
After 30 days
- You can cancel anytime from your parent dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing; you keep Premium until the end of the current billing period.
- We don't offer partial refunds for unused time after the first 30 days, except where required by law.
- If we terminate your account for a terms violation, we'll refund any prepaid, unused Premium time on a pro-rated basis.
Printable packs
Printable packs are digital downloads. Because they can't be returned, all printable sales are final — but if a file is corrupted or not as described, email us within 30 days and we'll fix it or refund you.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (timing depends on your bank or card issuer).
